Well I fixed my climate control, havn't driven it so IDK if theres heat. But my heater valve plug looks different its only a 2-wire, I'm guessing just cross the wires?

Run the two wires the yb one is going to go with the yb wire(pin 7), and the rb will go with rb on pin number 2. Its the plug that is connected on the top near the heater core area.

So the valve was stuck open before you bypassed it? Mines gets pretty hot if i really turn it up.

So do I remove this plug from my old 2jzge harness and connect it to my 1jz engine harness? Wouldn't there be excisting wires there on the 1jz harness. If so, what do I do with those wires?

Any info will help... Currently swapping to 1jz

the plug is there on a 1jz soarer harness, it's just on the opposite side of the engine bay since the 1jz's are originally rhd. you can remove the entire valve if you want to bypass that whole system
