Default 1jz hose question with pics (SC300 swap)

I'm not sure were these two hoses go. In this first pic the hose that's on top of the valve cover with tape on it and in the second pic the hose that I am holding with my fingers. I think they both go on the firewall but not sure.

both those are coolant hoses that go to the heater core. The top one goes to the water valve inlet and the other on goes to the heater core discharge. There are not any direct fit lines that will work, you'll need to get a length of heater hose, especially for the bottom one.
