Default BB or JB?

some of you might remember on one of my thread i was asking if my turbo was really a BB or just a regular journal bearing. from what i know some turbonetics turbos that are ceramic BB are only oil cool not oil and water cooled...i'm not really sure if journal bearing turbos still spins for a few seconds after the engine is turned off...?
