Question Oil Pressure light when I brake. 1jz...... HELP

So first off I kind of neglected my baby for about 6k miles before an oil change. I started seeing my oil pressure light come on "not the low oil light, I know the difference" when I would brake or while driving on a bumpy road. I thought it might just be my oil filter so i changed my filter and oil and it still does the same thing. Any ideas? It kind of flickers and is never constantly on for more then two or three seconds. any help would be appreciated. This is not a good thing to be messing around with.
