No it won't...it will only fit GTE models or 1UZ-FE's with washers and by taking the emblem off of the intake manifold

I believe it's 2-3 around each bolt

actually it fits the ge model with a few washers like 3 i think it was....

^^ You can buy them at MVP motorsports, Champion Toyota, Elmhurst Toyota. I just brought mine from Champion Toyota they said it was the last one so I just brought it. Lol
