Default Need Some Advice

Hey, Im new to this forum. I just picked me up a red SC300 5speed and im looking into doing some work to it. I plan on just running NA for awhile so I need some tips on what i should do and get. I have no interest in making my SC300 400+hp or a 1/4 mile king. I just want to make it have a little bit more HP and Torque. So far Ive been thinkin about getting a custom exhaust. Probally the tanabe touring medallion with custom pipes to the cat with deleted resonators. Another thing I was looking to do is swap the Throttle body and Manifold. I have no idea what size TB or what kind of Manifold i should get, Thats why im here. Would aftermarket Headers do anything for the 2j? The only headers i seen for the sc300 are the OBX headers on ebay, are they any good? Well i need some advice on what to do engine wise. Last couple years Ive been in the Honda scene so i dont know that much about the Toyotas/Lexuses. The Honda scene around where i live is pretty JDMed out so I decided to leave lol. Well thanks for reading my thread and hopefully you can help me out.
