Codes 21, 31, and 28
I just replaced my TPS to include the 4 hoses that connect to it. After that I disconnected the Battery for about 2 hours. Next used the paper clip and got codes 21, 31, and 28 HELP. I just read the Lexus code retrieval and it says for 21 (Main 02S & heater signal), code 28 (Main 02S) and Code 31 (Air Flow Meter). I replaced my Oxygen sensors about 6 months to a year ago with those that you have to solder the wires or use other means. What do you guys recommend I do? Make it simple I am new at this SC400 stuff and new at working on my motor.

My bad it was the IACV that I replaced, sorry, but I still need the help. I only had code 31 and 13 before.

usually the AFM is the culprit. it could throw off other codes that u didnt have before. I changed my maf a few times owning a dozen sc. certain bad maf throws off other codes.
