Default Turbos Back

So I got my first turbo back from diesel shop today. Had brought it there because it was burning oil blue smoke from the teflon tape clog. Mechanic said he cant see anything wrong with it? Said its made really good internally it has metal seals that checked out ok, no back and forth play just minimal up and down which he said is normal. He said the oil could be from my drain being too small, Its drilled to half inch tho. Guess I'm just skeptical to put it back on, Also After I re-clocked my current turbo lines from being crooked and cleaned out IC checked turbo outlet today and theres some oil in there ughh turbos...
