I want to say you can use the electric fan kits for the sc300/supra radiator setups but I could be wrong on that one, there are some slight differences even between the supra and sc300 so might be some tweaking for a sc400 also.
The is300 fans are popular in the sc3 and supra world but aren't a direct bolt on.
You could always run a large single electric fan on the radiator and just mount it to the radiator with a mount kit, or modify brackets from a similar kit.
You will want a ls400 clutch fan bracket if you go with an electric instead of leaving the hydro bracket in place which can sieze up randomly without the fluid running through it.
take a look in this thread for an example

You might be able to run a ls400 clutch fan setup after changing out the bracket but not sure how it aligns up with the sc400 shroud, haven't tried it but that would be the route I would try first.
If I was building a performance oriented sc400, I would use that bracket and install an electric fan.
If I was just trying to get rid of the leaky stock hydro setup and use something more reliable and oem looking, I would try the ls400 fan bracket and clutch fan and if it doesn't work then the electric fan.
