Default something blew

So I installed my AEM FIC yesterday and was going to tune it today, I had read on A scion site that they put a 2.2k resistor across the cam1 mag in +/-, as well as the crank wires for safety reason but to me sounded like a short across the wires? did a couple tests car was horrible cant keep an idle just wants to die, at a stand still with car off i turned the keys to on (no start) and herd this loud pop from the engine almost as if a big fuse blew, checked it out nothing visually was wrong the TPS motor was clicking? So only thing I could think of was the resistors, i took em out,ive had a CEL and blinking TRAC since the EMS install so I made my way to Autozone hoping to have no dead stops since the rpms want to quickly plummet (normal throttle fine) Codes Scanned P0141 O2 Bank 1 Sensor2 P0161 Bank2 sensor2 ,and P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor "A" circuit- bank1 Probable cause. So I'm not sure what to replace from here how do I diagnose is there a Fuse or relay for the sensor? Or did I kill it

did you reset the ecu after taking them out. you probably didn't kill it if the car still runs.
did you have a reason for doing that to the cam sensor? I thought the aem picks up our cam signal just fine.
