hey

i have a 1996 2jz gte swap

my question is the swap is pretty much stock motor with the exception of front mount, bov, straight pipe.

i am hitting fuel cut at 18 psi

can a manual boost controller be used to set the boost back to 14 psi so i do not hit fuel cut.

i read about the HKS fuel cut system but wonder if the manual boost controller will lower my boost.

Boost controllers can adjust how much you boost, but if your wastegate is opening at a certain psi, no matter how much you adjust the boost controller, it will not make the wastegate open earlier.
