Generally most of the vacuum hose connections on JZ engines use 5/32" Inner Diameter vacuum hose. A spool of Gates #27042 hose covers that. There are a couple of other sizes used in a couple of areas but that is the main one.

Note that any OEM hose that requires a fuel grade rating (either for fuel or vacuum) needs a higher spec aftermarket replacement hose.

HPSI motor sports sells kit of their silicone
vacuum hose for SC300s, among other cars. $99 for this kit

They also sell by the foot at specific sizes. I bought several feet of their inner diameter 3mm silicone hose in red and fits snug but well. It is high quality stuff. $1.69 per foot

Nothing beats OEM for $50 you get 8 feet.

I've converted a bunch of people in the Subaru community who got sick of factory and replacement silicone lines failing after a few years.
