Default Rumbling Idle?

I noticed that when she's been sitting for hours, like when i go to work in the am, or after work when i get off, when i start her up, she idles up to about 2k, and it's like a rumbling feeling that goes up and down. The idle needle is not jumping up and down, maybe moving just slightly. This is the only time it does it, and it seem only when cold. When the engine warms up and the needle drops down under 1k, the engine is smooth as silk

is this normal?

Bump, mind also idles up to 2k then dies down after a few mins. It used to be only cold temperatures that makes it do this ,but now it's doing it all the time.

Please dont throw useless ideas around. The fuel filters on our cars rarely if ever need to be replaced. Toyota designed them to last longer than the car. Start by checking for and fixing any codes, then move on to check the iscv.

there's no fuel filter that can't be clogged esp. the old cars and the parts manufacturer won't designed a parts to last longer because of business
