Default Electric fan wiring with a controller which way is best?

Maybe I need to ask this on a wiring specific forum but if someone knows the answer the information could be applied to many diy wiring projects and could help out people here. I searched "electric fan wiring" and could not find any discussion on the best way to wire them.

I have an electric fan controller Derale Part #16749 the wiring diagram for it looks like this:

(Sorry for the pictures I didnt realize they were so terrible until I had them all uploaded and ready to post if necessary i will redo them.)

I can think of two ways to wire the fans :

and

which would be more advantageous?

Moving on, I can think of 3 ways to get the A/C and switched +12v ign sources:

and where it says "a/c clutch hot wire from inside car" the wire that becomes hot when the a/c clutch is activated is what I was referring to.

and

Which of these would be the best? And by that I mean cause the least impact on the factory system.

Thanks in advance!

what is ultra cool it that hayden sells some fan relays and switches to its already done.
you can hook it up to direct, (power on when key on) and to manual temp controller and to a auto temp controller, one to a bolt int(into a hose) and one pushes into the rad fins
