hi all,
new to this club, i have recently bought this 94 sc400 for a steal. though it looks great for it's year i am having starting problems. what are all the possiblities why this car won't start? i've thus far checked the starter , fuel pump, ignition,etc... found the fuel pump and spark is not sending...

story was the previous owner drove the car (lowered) hit a bump and the car died. no horn no power no nothing... though instrument lights come on. please help!

i'd like to fix this car up before march for a graduation gift. please help..

I am not for sure if your car is slammed or not. But guys on here have lowered there car too much and have had the tire rubb through wires in the main harness that runs behind the drivers fender liner. They lost all function of the car cause that is your main harness. Check and see if this hasn't happened to your car. If so there is a diy thread on here on how to fix the harness and relocate it to where this would never happen again. Good luck on your adventure, and good pickup on the SC too.

thank you all i'll try that. the car is lowered. i'll check. as for the fuel, no spark- no fuel...cranks but does not fire...
