just try not to make it worse. if you had a 300 i would just change the belt out (cause it takes like 10 minutes) but im not sure how difficult it is on the 400, but might not be a bad idea.
I have a 94 SC300 with the 2JZ-GE. I am planning on changing the plugs soon. I need to get some money together first. What would you recommend for performance plugs that last? NGK Iridiums? I was looking at getting those. I will flush the oil again soon too. What belt would you recommend changing, the serpentine belt and how much does it cost?

serpentine belt or "accessory belt". usually about 20-30 bucks at your local store. If the have the gatorback belt (usually like $5 more than the regular one) get that one. I run that belt on my 95 and its never even made so much as a squeak.

NGK Iridiums are good plugs. They will last a long time on a stock car. The regular non Iridium ngk will get the job done too, but wont last as long relatively (they still last quite a long time if you aren't turbo).
on the SC300 I personally go with what lasts the longest cause its such a pain to change out the plugs. to me its not worth the 2 hours labor to save a couple a bucks on plugs, but then again my car isn't stock anymore.

seafoam in your oil for a 100 miles is fine that's not the problem.the noise may be your belt.no big deal.every year when it starts to get cold my belt starts squeling a little bit.but when weather warms up its fine.i see you live in md and i lived their and still visit often and i know what early mornings and weather is like this time of yr.also it maybe a pulley.

Yeah I am probably going to replace the belts soon enough. The noise is just annoying when I start the car lol.

I'm not a fan of seafoam, but I do like Zmax. It says it's "safe"....
