Default Help!, 1JZ-GTE vvti into an SC400

Hello all, I've taken out my v8 and put in a 1JZ-GTE vvti engine. It came out of a half cut so i used all the body and engine harnesses from the donor car. So everything in the front half of the car plugs right in. But somehow i keep blowing a capacitor in the ECU causing the check light not to come on and the car idles at 2000 rpm, if it starts at all. Checked all the pins, found black/red from the EFI relay no voltage. Checked the fuse/relay box in the engine bay and found it grounding through the "DOME" fuse, a small red wire that plugs into fuse panel inside the car. When i cut the wire and replaced the capacitor the car ran well but i lost the digital dash, door lights and lots of other stuff. Connected back the "DOME" wire and everything came back but engine stopped working again ( i suspect another capacitor).
Can anyone give me some help ... what's up with that small red wire going to the "DOME" 10A fuse?
