I did a quick search but didn't really find the answer to my question.

Can anyone verify that the clutch pedal from an SC300 is the same part as one from a MKIV Supra? If so, is the V160 the same as the W58? I can't imagine they would be different, but it's possible.

Just to update: The clutch pedal from the Supra is not the same, but is interchangeable with the SC300 part.

 

does it require any modification to fit into an sc300? or does it bolt straight up and go right into the master cylinder?

 

I don't believe so. I will have to come back and update when I get the swap done. I recently received my conversion kit after three months, so there's been a bit of a delay in my project.
