does the break lights have a fuse? alll parts of my tail lights work but when i press the breaks the light wont turn on? the turn signals and reverse lamp all turn on.

My speakers haven't worked for months. This morning I get in the car and the speakers work but the A/C control unit won't come on. That's happened in the past and the cig fuse was the culprit. So I replaced the cig fuse with a new 15A fuse and now the A/C control unit works again but the speakers have gone out again. What the heck? Why can I only have one of the A/C control unit or my speakers work, but not both at the same time? And why would a new cig fuse affect the speakers?

Bump..
When I put my driving lights in the auto position everything works.(projectors,day lights,tails,plates)
But, when I put the light in the on position only the headlights (projectors) turn on.
I checked fuses and they all seem fine... What can it be?

My fog lights don't work on my sc, when I look at the fuse box, there is no specific fuse for the fog like it states on my panel. Anyone know how to fix my fog lights?
