takes forever to warm up

Default takes forever to warm up
i recently changed out my waterpump, in the process i took out the thermostat, after i put everything back in place, i noticed that my car now takes forever to warm up...even after 30mins of hardcore driving the temp gauge would not reach center...because of that my heater barely works lol...could it be that i somehow damaged the thermostat? its a 1jzgte if it matters

Sounds like your thermostat is stuck open.

ya probably, changing the thermostat on the 1jz is such a pain
