Default oil restrictor hole size

so i just got my turbo inlet flange in the mail today and it has a oil restrictor already built in it..the instructions that came w/ it says it's a 1.63mm hole. i did a conversion on a site and came up w/ 0.064, does that mean the oil pressure will be around 64 psi? i know some oil restrictors are .035 and .075, so does that mean the holes are that big in inches? this will be on my non BB turbonetics turbo....
