Default help please!! Fuel pump won't cutt on

So i did the fuel pump bypass on the FP ecu and i drove for about 3 months then when i was leaving the emissions station the car stalled out on me and has not started back up. Now these are the problem i seen before. when i start the car somtimes the rpm needle will be a zero with the car started untill i hit the throtle when it will read. Next sometimes the rpm will drop below 500rpm and cut off. third of all the rpm will float between 1200 and 800and drop to 5-600 rpm. Turbo dave told me that i could have grounded the igniter or the tps sensor and that will send a signal to the computer and wont cut on the fuel pump. so if you have any answer feel free to help im still new to this lexus platform.
