Default STILL horrible acceleration and Stalling 93 auto

hey guys, ive still been experiencing horrible lack of power in my sc300 and a quick rundown

New timing belt
water pump
belts/ harmonic balancer
tps/ properly adjusted
valve cover seals
new plugs withing 5k miles
distributor cap/rotor

so basically guys my car has a horrible stutter almost like a clogged vacuum line if i try to say pull out of a parking spot very slowly, if i just mash the pedal the stutter doesnt happen.

also if im being cautious and feathering the throttle pulling out of my driveway the car stalls out back and forth and sometimes it fully just dies with a check engine light. but then i start it back up just fine.

also this problem occurs say when im going 60 on the freeway and i want to slightly increase my speed to say 63 if i feather the throttle it will jerk almost violently.

As well anywhere from 1-4k rpms is USELESS my accelerration is disgusting from 1-4k rpms in every gear but the second it hits 3900-4k it pulls hard and is extremely loud as well.

not quite sure what it could be.... i do know i have an obd2 cat on my obd1 car.... dunno if that would be causing the extreme lack of acceleration cause its too restrictive or what.

also someone on the forums mentioned a bad pcv valve or even just the rubber grommet on there.

PLEASE ANY INSIGHT TO MY PROBLEM IS GREATLY APPRECIATED SORRY FOR IT BEING SO LONG BUT IM SO FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT I WISH I WOULD HAVE PUT ALL THE MONEY INTO A 1j SWAP.

please explain, ive have the same in my 93 sc3 5spd. ive replaced MAF, TPS, cleaned IACV and throttle body, plugs wires. im thinking if theres a crack on the exhaust before the o2 sensor this may trick the computer to thinking its running lean air/fuel ratio. ive noticed when i add a bottle of lucus fuel systems cleaner my car will run good as new till i have to fill up on gas again. id replace my injectors but there too expensive and a PIA to get to. anyone know how to remove the last bolt under the y pipe of the intake mani. do i have to remove the EGR?

My SC3 does not stall out on me but it tends to move really slow in the mornings when it is still a little cold in the morning. I can have my foot on the floor with the pedal and it will barely even accelerate... I could not even make the the green light by house this morning andI was already running late work....

i have a 93 400 that did the same thing just unplug the maf once it's idling and if it runs better that's ur problem... you'll still have the same lack of power but it won't stutter really bad.

Hey sj408 what was the code that it kept flashing your mentioning everything else ,but what the code was. It could be your MAF sensor that is causing the issues and it just might need to be cleaned.BTW the obd 2 and obd 1 Cat. make no difference cause there isn't a different style cat. and all that jazz. Nearly all cats are the same design on Toyota's. Stop talking about the 1j swaps that all I keep hearing from people and it will cost more money then fixing this stupid little problem.

Check vacuum lines and verify to make sure you have spark in each plugs.
