Default should I (Convert Auto to Manual Trans)
HI I have a 1993 SC300 with 160,000 miles and i was wondering if it would be worth converting from automatic to manual i mean the car is running great and i love it and if so what is the best way to go about it thanks

I love the 5 speed in my car... I have a R154 now but the w58 was a great feeling transmission. Why wouldn't you swap it from auto to 5 speed?

that is what i thought but what is the best tranny to swap with

The better tranny the more $$ you will spend.

If $$ isnt an option, get a 6 speed

I agree with this guy.
6spd is the best but if you are not adding extra power to your car any of the 5 spds will work.
