Default Having TPS problems (just replaced with 90k service)

hey guys, just recent had my 90k service done ( seals, timing belt, tensioner water pump etc) at the same time i had him replace my TPS and my harmonic balancer. As well the tps was adjusted according to the toyota manual with a mulitmeter and all that

now the car runs pretty good now but when i barely feather the throttle say reversing out of a parking spot it jerks and then dies.... then throws a TPS code. 47

The car runs great as long as you dont try to granny it ( I.E feathering the throttle for accelerating) FOR EXAMPLE if i try to go from 60mph to 65 but with very light foot on the pedal in jerks almost violently

other than that the car is shifting fine at high speeds and all of that.

what could it be?

my mechanic isnt open again until tommorow so was wondering if anyone had some insight regarding this?
