Default MAF simulator

has anyone heard of a MAP based MAF simulator, or any MAF simulators for that matter? I tried Google but no luck!

I think you are looking for an ECU/Piggyback ECU that converts MAF to MAP, yes?

is this what you mean? very simple circuit to build, tricks the ECU into thinking that the MAF is operating at certain temperatures and saves u money to replace the MAF

thnx to the ones who took the question seiously. I'm looking for something that will transform a MAP signal to MAF signal < i do mean it in that order> most ones i've seen do the opposite.

no, i have the AEM already, that's why i need something to translate load from the AEM to the stock ecu in terms of a MAF signal, unless the aem can do that!

AyDee

mass air pressure

It's used with any forced induction cars that see more than base air pressure (14.7psi).

So,
14.4psi (base) + 7psi (car) = 21.4psi

But the base air pressure is a given.

0.1 psi to 14 psi you need a 1 bar (14.7psi) map sensor
15psi to 29psi you need a 2 bar (29.4psi ) map sensor etc.

Emanage piggyback you can get rid of the maf sensor
