Oil pooling on top of spark plug wire caps.
I have oil that is working it's way onto the top of the rubber spark plug caps on my motor. I see there is some sort of rubber around each spark plug hole. Are they part of the valve cover gasket?

SC400 I assume? If so I am almost certain its your valve cover gaskets leaking,
They will either look like this:
or like this, with individual rubber for each spark plug tube:
I wish I knew exactly which style it was, regardless they cannot be changed w/o removing the valve cover, so where ever you buy your gaskets from, make sure they either give you the individual rubbers, or the gasket itself has them attached like the first picture. (note those are not SC gaskets, just generic gaskets for reference)

Money son money ,the Toyota set actually comes with individual gasket for the outer valve cover bolts. You get what you pay for ,but that gasket kit should get the job done.
