Default Loosing Water

My SC300 must have a blown Head Gasket because I'm loosing water big time. It's not visible anywhere but it's using 2 gallons everytime I drive about 30 miles. Stumbles on start up after sitting a bit so my theory is it's seeping into a Cylinder but clears up after about a minute. No water in oil either. I thought these motors were pretty bullet proof.
Anyone else had a blown head gasket? Could it be anything else.

bullet proof doesn't mean things can't go wrong. I wouldn't drive it until you check what's going on.

Run a compression test or leak down test. Also, try running some antifreeze, that way you can smell the exhaust for "sweetness" also the glycol content burns white out the exhaust. VS plain water which is colorless.

any smoke/steam at startup? also, check your trans fluid, sometimes the transcooler inside the radiator will leak, mixing coolant and trans fluid.

No steam. It's over 100 degrees outside so maybe it's too hot to show steam.
Checked the trans fluid and oil agian, no milky look or water.
Think I'll put some water in it and pressure the radiator with plugs out and see what's going on.

Well it cooled down enough to see steam coming out the exhaust. Must have either a Gasket let go or cracked head or whatever.

Oh well I see a 1JZGTE Twin Turbo swap in the future.

Guess I'm parking it until I can gather up some parts and also gets below 90 degrees outside.
