Default Coolant leak

I noticed that there is coolant leaking by firewall next to Charcoal box. There is black box with hose going to it and leaks under presure from screw. Does anyone know the part number. do I need to replace the whole part or just the screw?

By your description, it sound like it's coming from the heater VSV. The only screw I know of is the screw into the arm that switches water flow on/off. I have never heard of water leaking from that area...but.

87240-24040 is the part number for the heater VSV

Yes, on the firewall. Heater VSV. Has two water flow passages. One on the bottom connected to the left outlet from the firewall. One pointed toward the drivers side that connects to the cylinder head. The leak is either from where these hoses connect, or from the VSV itself.

If possible, try posting some pics of the leaking area so that we can properly assess.
