Default which driveshaft or am i stupid?

well i just got done pulling my old clunky ge motor (auto trans) out of my 97 sc300. after removal i placed it in my garage next to my donor aristo 2jzgte motor (also auto trans) and i noticed that the the part of the trans that connects to the driveshaft (input shaft/trans tailshaft? dont know what its called) looks completely diff...i was under the impression that i could just re-use my factory driveshaft if i have an aristo motor but it seem like that will not be possible. am i completley incompetent or do i need to specific driveshaft. i.e. mk3, sc4, etc, i tried searching but i failed miserably at that also

let me know guys, thanks!

The 2JZGTE uses a different bolt type flange at the trans output shaft. I'm not sure what'd you'd do if your swap didn't come with this flange.

You could search Supraforums for a donor driveshaft or have a driveshaft custom built.

SC400 driveshaft. You'll also need the flange i believe.

i thought the sc400 driveshaft is used only when you go 6 speed, im trying to stick with the aristo tt trans for now, i could be wrong though, can anyone verify the above statement for me?
