Default How to replace rubber door boot

Is there anyway of replacing the door grommet without taking off the door? Basically I found a 2" long tear in the boot and I dont want water to get in my door.

This might be called something else so I will describe what I'm referring to. It is the rubber grommet/boot that connects the door to the body of the car and all the looms run through it.

You don't have to remove the door but you will have to take off the door panel and disconnect all plugs so they can go through the new boot.

That shouldnt be an issue seeing how I'm going to be replacing the speakers anyways. Do you where I can get these? Is this something only the dealer sells? I looked on a few of the lexus sites but I cant find the part.

More than likely a dealer only item. If the one you have is split look up the part number online and you should be able to find it.
