Default Some Vibration in steering and brake pedal

I noticed a month ago, that when I turned left, wether sitting still or barely moving, the car will start vibrating. Most of it, is through the steering wheel and brake pedal. Well today, it started doing it on the right side!

I have checked both sides of the 4 crossmember bolts. I have replaced all of the LCA bushings, Upper CA bushings, nstalled new sway bar links, Tokico struts, new motor and transmission mounts, rack and pinion bushings, and lastly, flushed the power steering pump, and replaced the high pressure hose. All this was done in December. I also noticed when I had the car jack up and running, the left wheel was jumping bad when I turned it left.

I am thinking its either a collapsed brake line, stuck caliper, or the rack and pinion is going. Any thoughts further? Anything I can check or double check?
