I've searched and I can't seem to find the head bolt torque on a 1992 sc300 2jzge motor non turbo.can anyone help a fellow 2jz owner.thanks in advance.

P.s. I found a few web sites that says 25ft,+90,+90.this can't be true.iam not sure if it's a 2jzge 1992 motor

www.clubna-t.com

In the SC300 technical section, there's a factory service manual that tells you all the tq specs for a 92 SC300. There's also one for a 95 supra.

Stock head studs- 34 nm or 25ft lbs then mark the front of the bolts. Turn them 90 degrees in the numerical order- you do have that part right? Then retighten the bolts an additional 90 degrees and make sure the mark is now turned to the rear. The bearing cap bolts are 20nm or 14ft lbs. But you have to do the pain in the butt loosen and retighten thing. Timing belt cover is 8.8nm or 78in-lft. Let me know if you want my manual or specs for the ARP's.

thats a lie.

the supra manual has the "engine" section, the "mechanical" that lists all the information that you will ever need.

cylinder head installation techniques start on page 62

I have no idea whether the specs for the ARP 1j are the same for the 2j. Same part #?

OK final torque on those should be 80 ft-lbs.
1st sequence- 35 ft/lbs
2nd Sequence- 55 ft/lbs
Final sequence- 75-80 ft/lbs
Or wing it for the first two passes but try to get it close . Use their lube or your torque specs will need to be different.
