if it was a sensor it would have a code on... sensors are usually what tell your ecu what's going on... get some WD40 and spray your connectors, dry/wipe off any water, and check to see if there is any water in the spark plug area.

Did you dry the threads on the plugs and head? Dry the plugs wire connectors? WD-40 will help here. Simply removing plugs and reinstalling will not do it if that is what you did. Also, pull every sensor connector and dry them out.

You have no idea what unholy hell have you unleased. Whatever you managed to do to your engine, it probably on this list:

a warning to all sc300 owners!!!

Washed my engin then....

washed engine bay - strange problem. need the experts

My buddy sprayed off his SC's motor and now its misfiring. Cause?

power washed engine and now missing on 4 cyl's

SC300 engine idles strange

help! engine shuttering

Help!!! My SC might be damaged!!!

for the second time in a row, I washed my engine

Water in Intake Manifold Spark Plugs

Bad Engine Skip

MISFIRE After Engine Cleaning

Degreased engine and it stopped running

If you cleaned your engine (1uz) and this happens....

and now you take a position on the list:

UGhhh No power Sputter..SC3

The "sticky poll": Should there be a sticky warning members about cleaning the engine?

Rule of thumb for sc owners, ive learned very well, is to not wash your engine bay with running water. Degreaser and a rag would have saved you this hassle. Very simple. Exact same thing happened to me. Listen well. Put your sc on a hill so that the water in the engine valley (where your spark plugs are at) collects towards the rear of the motor. You'll have to get some dry rags and a long flat head screw driver. Remove the intake portion above the spark plugs, next remove the plastc covers with the chrome allen head bolts. Then remove the metal tray that covers the spark plugs. All this allows u to work comfortably, trust me. Now remove ur spark plug wires carefully remembering the order in which u removed. There different lengths so it shouldnt be hard to figure out which order they go. Then stuff the dry rags deep into the engine valley, with the flathead driver manuever the rags around the spark plugs and dry out the valley. Whats happening is that your plugs are shorting out due to the water in your engine valley. After removing as much water as poissible with the rags, remove each individual spark plug and clean off. You dont have to replace them but if u havent changed them out yet now would be a good time to swap out your plugs and wires. Im positive this is the issue. If its not then check out your distributor cap and rotor. Dont worry bout sensors.
