IS it worth going through the headache of changing the gasket when I do the PS pump, Water pump, Timing belt and seals or wait till it fries and get a new engine?

Take off the cheap exhaust manifold gasket and take a look. It might simply be a valve cover gasket leak that trickled down.

But yeah, don't use those cheap exhaust manifold gaskets. OEM metal gaskets FTW.

LOL actually I bought a new set of OEM gaskets and within a week I could hear a leak, so in a tight spot I bought these at Autozone and have not had an issue since. I think I will stick with these for the time being.

I changed my VCG's less than a year ago and there is no leakage anywhere around them at all since they were changed.

Try a compression check and leakdown if you can't come to any conclusions.
