Default Temporary exhaust fix?

Any quick temporary repairs for a leaking exhaust? I have a leak at the flange where the cat meets the mid pipe right near the engine. I will be putting on some heads in a few days but I just need to pass the mass inspection. I passed everything except for the exhaust having the leak.

I was looking into the tape but does that work?

Is it leaking between the flanges or is it one of the flanges that leaking? Way that my friend did was take some exhaust clamps and a couple of crushed coke cans

I think the gaskets are bad and it is leaking do to bad connection. I'm trying quicksteel right now. I just need it to pass inspection then its getting ripped off and my new heads are going on lol. the bolts are not budging one bit lol
