Thumping noise when I shift??

Default Thumping noise when I shift??
I just picked up a 93 SC300 5sp and I noticed when I had the radio off that theres like a light thump shifting from 1-2-3 rd..sounds kind of like a sub/box that's not mounted...is this common??anyone have had this before??

Could be trans mount or shifter bushings. Both fairly easy to replace.

As in trans mount is loose or bushing just worn out?
