I think its pretty dope. Too bad that power will never be put to use with that chassis. Those boys build some slick units though.

There is another one of these that was featured in another magazine a few years back. The corolla was dark blue though, and it was actually used on the track. I wonder how they do with all that weight on the front? Sick projects though!

X3. waste of a motor and waste of a chassis. that motor would do wonders in a bigger, longer wheelbase car, and that car would do wonders with a lighter, smaller motor

The 1UZ w/accessories only weighs "in the 400lb. range."

A stock 1U in an 86 is rather terrifying. But its all about how you apply the motor to the chassis, push the firewall back as much as you can, etc etc. Its a lot of messing around, too much. Id rather stuff in a Volvo 20v four cylender. That would be a hoot.
