Default sc300 auto vs sc300 manual crossmembers

I think there is a difference between the two b.c they have two part numbers and they dont have same mounting points;
trans mount-# 12371-46090[NA 5spd]
trans mount-#12371-46020 [NA auto]
I am in the process of doing my auto to w58 swap have everything ready to bolt the w58 to the engine but i am stuck on the cross member part.
someone gave me a free r154 cross member, bolts up to the w58 mount perfect but doesn't mount to the car at all, to short.
tried to mount the stock auto crossmember to the w58 mount doesn't line up and there is a little bump on the bottom of the mount that makes it not flush with the crossmember.
i have been searching for anyone with this prob before but i have found stuff for r154, can anyone help me from previous experience. someone said notching the holes 1/4 closer to the engine but i think this was for the r154 and is that safe to notch the hole on the crossmember, will it mess up the drive line.

update found a old thread searching

Same length, width, height and bolt pattern... But I haven't really measured it, I just sort of eyeballed it and did a side by side comparison to it while I was under the car unbolting my auto tranny.

I can confirm that the w58 crossmember will work, since of course you can use the w58 trans mount.
anyone have a w58 crossmember for sale?
