Whenever I'm driving around 60 MPH on the highway, and I let my foot off the gas, the car "tugs" and the RPMs drop to 1,000 and when I step foot on the gas again I hear this very loud "THONK" sound, sounds like it's coming from the back or something. But it doesn't drive smoothly. I feel like the car's gonna die out. Also, when I come to a stop, it idles around 200 RPM. I adjusted the IAV but not so much as to when I put it in gear it TUGS, but shifts smoothly. But when I rev the car to 2,000 it will breath heavily, and drop RPMS even though my foot is not pressing harder. Any idea what my problem could be? I checked if there were any hoses under the hood that weren't connected and everything seems to be connected good. I don't want to adjust my IAV too much clockwise because doing that makes the car shift SUPER HARD when I put it in Drive from Park. Another thing that probably can help identify the culprit is.......I can't turn my AC off. Because when I do, the car idles EXTREMELY low. I have to keep my AC on to have peace at mind my car won't die out at a stop light (since it idles at like 200 RPM) at a stop.

Have you found the answer to your problem yet? Are you adjusting the iav with the ac on or off. For the most part it almost sounds like a vacuum leak issue. Have tried the basic stuff like checking compression, plugs, transmission fluid, maf, and resetting ecu?
