Default Educate Me.......Engines

Im sure this has been covered before, but Id really like to know the difference between all the different kinds of Engines that are used in the sc300/soarer.......I know I have the stock 2jz in my 92' and that the soarer had the Turbo version of it but what is the main difference between the 1jz? and the 2jz? and the one that comes in the 99' vvti? Thanks for the help Im a newb so to speak at this

I did use the Search button, Am I doing it wrong? I typed in "Engine Difference" ....but nothing came up

Honestly I dont have the time to read a bunch of Threads and be on the Computer, Im hardly ever on just check my post count, It's why I asked for a simple break down of the Engines........Im sure many of people on here could tell me, but so far ive gotten a bunch of replys and no real help/answers, isnt this the fourm/place to come to get that?

off the top of my head to be quick:

SC 400/Soarer 4.0 GT (overseas/US) - 4L v8 92-94 240hp 95-97 250hp 98+ 290hp
Soarer 2.5 GT (overseas) - 2.5L I-6 TT 280hp
SC300/Soarer 3.0 GT? (saw it in hyper rev, overseas/US) - 3L I-6 225hp

uhh....... anyone correct me on whatever i'm wrong on

If you have the time to wait for people to type responses then you have plenty of time to use the searching function to find out all the info you need. This forum is many years old and has plenty of topics already covered, including yours. just search, it will save you so much time and hatred.

Bro you dont know me so dont tell me what I do and dont have time for, I check the replys on my phone every little bit while im at work I cant even get to the fourms from Work computer so check all the fourms from my phone is not gonna happen........You know how long that would take on a phone?

Why even reply to the thread if your gonna be liek that......I said I did use the search bar......maybe im doing it wrong but I didnt find anything

Listen...plain and simple. All the info is here, RaynArt gave you a short version. Everyone else here has learned or found what they needed by reading or by searching. You dont have time to read....we dont have time to get all the information you need.
