Default 1992 SC300 TPS Voltage

I recently purchased a 1992 SC300 auto my first one. The Sc300 from day one had less than stellar acceleration (acceptable at freeway speeds). I have checked the vacum lines with the shop manual all seem to be O.K. The compression was about 140 in all cylinders. The car has 150K. I hooked UP a MT2500 (no codes). The MAS is in spec from the shop manual.
What I found:
The TPS angle range 0 at idle and 72 at full throttle (I’m thinking that this should be higher at full throttle)
The TPS Stepping voltage is not stepping it is either 3 or 4 (scanner says it should be from 1 to 8)
I did the resistance checks on the TPS from the shop manual and the TPS was just out of spec.
I will be adjusting the TPS when I go to the shop get my feeler gauges hopefully tomorrow.
Anyone have any specs on what I should be reading on the scanner or suggestions.
