Default Name that hose.... I broke

Hey guys doing my spark plugs last night I went to remove those hose and broke it. Just wondering if I need to replace it or if plugging off the holes is fine (car idles and revs fine with holes plugged)

I looked at vacuum line diagrams but can't seem to find it on there. Halp?

Its not for the pcv valve its a special hose for emissions on 96-97 motors that runs from the idle valve to the fuel rail to help deliver a better fuel spray at idle and burn cleaner or something like that, Its all a bit vague in the descriptions anyhow. All you need to know is that you can just replace that hose, take that hose to the auto shop and get generic heater hose in the same/similar diameter, that is what I would do its stronger and will last longer. the stock ones tend to get hard over time and then they crack, leaving you with a poor running car. a good maintanance item to check and replace if tis too hard or the edges where it slips onto the pipe the rubber is cracked.
