Default Custom tuning need info?

I have a 96 sc400 which is obd2 and i want to now is there any one near my area that can retune my ecu for better performance gains im in south carolina any info will be appreciated

safc seems the way to go, inexpensive and easy to wire/tune. But if you are looking for more, F/IC seems to be really popular with the NSX obdII people
