Default electrical gremlin help

First, this is for an SC300.

I purchased a wrecked SC with the intention of rebuilding it, and after replacing gaskets, buying a new ECU and ignition components from Aliga, I have a persistant no spark problem.

I'm testing the lead wire from the coil to the dizzy, and I'm getting no spark. Every accessory comes on, so the rest of the car is getting power, but is there some crazy crash sensor that disables the ignition or something? I've been looking for aftermarket alarms and such, but I'm not finding anything out of the ordinary.

Any help would be much appreciated, as I don't want to pull the entire motor and harness again.

Are there grounds specifically for the ignition system that I need to check?
