Default r154 swap clutch problems

if anyone can help me out i justgot done installing a r154 onmy 2j and bled the clutch but theres free play in my pedal and when i get on it the pedal looses pressure and stays down. when normal is fine and its hard shifting frm 1st to 2nd and cant downshift frm 3rd to 2nd until complete stop. any answers why this might happend.

sounds to me like there's a leak or still an air bubble in your line. i had a major issue with mine and it ended up being the clutch master reservoir was loose causing a pressure loss.
