What is up with the diagram for the 1st gen s-afc unit? I downloaded one from mkiv.com (tech articles...). Then I went directly to Apexi.com, and looked up the diagram for jzz31 2jz (t8-c), and it's very different than what I got from mkiv.com. The funny thing is I followed the exact diagram from mkiv.com, and the s-afc unit does power on and everything. It seems like it works. However, when I go to the part where it lists all the options, (Karmen, Hotwire...), it doens't do a damn thing. Obviously my obd1 95 sc300 is Karmen, but once I set it to Hotwire, the car still starts up without issues. Therefore, I know something is not right. I'm starting to think the mkiv.com diagram is for the 2jzgte. Any help would be highly appreciated. I need to make sure the s-afc unit is working before I can take my na-t to the dyno shop.
