How much tranny fluid did you put in?

the tranny fluid is good to go....the tranny is good i took it to my uncles shop and it has a 3yr warranty...when i gas the car it lags then it jumps into gear...will the ecu make your car do this?

I haven't heard much about the ecu being at fault. Is it the same torque converter or has it been replaced? Was a rebuilt tranny or used one dropped into the car? Did you check the correct level of fluid while it was running in park? There could be a possibility that you might have a low or high fluid issue. If it is a used tranny the clutch packs are possibly going bad. The solenoids might be faulty. Is there a check engine light? Check these items out cause that tranny might be garbage. Updates please...
