Default torquing down rear diff bolts

Hey all
I'm swapping out my stock sc300 open diff pumpkin for one with a rear torsen LSD and 3.77 gears.
The cover plate was removed for inspection.
What can I use as a gasket when putting it back together?
Will the copper gasket in a tube work fine?

Also how much should the bolts be torqued down?

thanks

You can use some silicone gasket maker if there is no gasket available. Cheap and easy just buff the surfaces down ,clean the surface of any debris and then apply the silicone. Torque on those probably around 30 to 40 foot pounds nothing crazy. Good hand tightening if you don't have a torque wrench.

make it snug by hand. 30 pounds is about right. go to clubna-t and look up the supra FSM.
