Default W58 help

hey guys i got a w58 tranny from a good lexus member onhere. but when i tried to install it, the tranny mount did not line up and the shaft was off by a little and starter location. i think if i change the bell housing it will clear up the shaft and starte problem but any ideas on the tranny mount? what w58 would have a different set up?

How far off is it? If you can take some pics that would help alot. Sometimes when you have the bell housing bolted up it the tranny mount can appear misaligned. Even though it may appear that way it will still bolt up you just have to work with it.
